We take staff recruitment and training very seriously, and are most particular in choosing and balancing the personalities of the individual staff members in order to promote harmonious working relationships within competent teams. We will ensure that all duties are performed to 5-star standards without forgetting the personal touches and fine details to perfect every villa.
We carry out a second week clean, this includes a full linen change to the property
If your villa is vacated and is not going to be rented immediately we offer a departure service to ensure any perishables are removed immediately
Bathrooms
1. Sink thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, rinsed and hand soap replaced.
2. Bath tub/shower tiles cleaned, disinfected and rinsed.
3. Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined.
4. Toilets disinfected inside and out, sanitized strip applied and toilet paper replaced.
5. Vanity top cleaned.
6. Mirrors cleaned.
7. Rubbish emptied and windows cleaned.
8. Baseboards dusted, wiped and cobwebs removed.
9. Floor vacuumed and washed.
Kitchen
10. Counter tops and backsplash cleaned.
11. Sinks scrubbed and disinfected.
12. Floor vacuumed and washed.
13. Outside of appliances cleaned (insides of oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc., cleaned upon request, extra charges apply).
14. Small appliances washed.
15. All utensils cleaned.
16. Baseboards dusted, wiped and cobwebs removed.
17. Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates.
18. Rubbish emptied and windows cleaned.
19. Table and chairs washed.
Bedrooms
20. Carpets vacuumed/tiles vacuumed and mopped.
21. Linens changed.
22. All areas dusted - top, front, and underneath.
23. Mirrors cleaned.
24. Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates.
25. Vacuum under bed (if accessible).
26. Rubbish emptied and windows cleaned.
27. Baseboards dusted, wiped and cobwebs removed.
28. All cupboards and wardrobes vacuumed and washed, inside and out.
29. Lampshades and light fittings dusted/and or wiped down.
Other Living Areas, Including Hallways and Stairs
30. All areas dusted - top, front and underneath.
31. Cushions and pillows fluffed and light straightening completed.
32. Hardwood or tile floors damp mopped.
33. Carpets vacuumed/tiles vacuumed and mopped.
34. Baseboards dusted, wiped and cobwebs removed.
35. Glass tables cleaned.
36. Lampshades wiped down or dusted.
37. Rubbish emptied and windows cleaned.
Outside Areas
38. Decking brushed and mopped.
39. Outside furniture washed.
40. BBQ cleaned.
