Preventative maintenance helps your home run at its optimum, increasing your comfort and economy. We are offering a special deal on our maintenance package with free call out charges. This package is based on 12 visits per annum with reports included.

• Status report on: property defects, sanitary ware and plumbing, fixtures and fittings, ware and tear, damp issues, installations, garden and pool (where applicable).
• Uploading reports with any photographs and recommendations regarding the dilapidations to the owner management account area.
• Any additional visits requested by the owner or services consumed are charged accordingly to price list or quotation.
Maintenance Protection includes:
• Cleaning and sanitizing of all Air-con units.
• Checking and replacing batteries.
• Checking all light bulbs are working.
• Checking and running of all plumbing.
• Free rental clients call out 24 Hour Service.
