Is my property suitable for rental ?
All property can be rented out but at Oceanview we specialise in luxury holiday rentals. If your property has modern bathrooms, modern kitchen, modern fittings and

fixtures, good furniture, air conditioning or fans in each room with an overall high standard of decoration, then we can help you obtain premium rental fees.
We will advise you what is best for your property and we will personally Grade all villas.
If your property needs bringing up to standard, we can help you with that too.

How much rental income can I expect ?
No two properties are alike but if your property is in the luxury class we will help you maximise rental incomes. Because we market your property worldwide and offer an extensive range of services we attract many clients looking for high class rental accommodation and services. If you would like an estimate on your property please email us with your request.

How should I furnish my property ?
The short answer is "as well as you can".
Our team can advise you on the best furnishing options and help you with packages of furnishings to achieve the best result.

What are my obligations when renting my property ?
1. Insurance of building and its contents, including theft and third party liability, (please inform your insurance company that you are renting your property).
2. Property and income taxes and local rates.
3. Electricity standing charge and consumption.
4. All replacement and repairs if not covered by the rental clients security deposit.
5. Satellite TV charges.
6. Water standing charge and consumption.
7. Replacement gas bottles.
8. Supply and maintenance of fire safety equipment.
9. Oceanview services, fees and commissions.

What if I or my friends want to visit my property?
No problem, the booking system we have is mirrored on your owner's area on oceanviewvillas.tv and you can book out as many weeks as you require.
We will then provide you and your guests with our Standard or V.I.P Arrival Service. You choose.

How do you pay the rental income to me ?
Rental income is credited to your account as soon as the rental process is complete, normally at the end of each month direct into your Cyprus Bank account and a statement is emailed to your chosen email account.
